Meryer Group 2023 year-end report meeting was successfully held

 On January 5, 2024, Meryer Group held the 2023 year-end report meeting at the group headquarters. The directors and managers from all the divisions and departments, such as the group equipment division, the R & D center, the industrialization center, the pilot platform and the general office, human resources department, finance department, procurement department and other functional departments, reported the summarized work in 2023 and the working plan for 2024 to group Chairman Zhu, Boyuan. More than 20 people, including technical experts, department directors and managers, attended the meeting. The meeting was hosted by the human Resources manager.

 During the meeting, the directors and managers from departments and divisions had presented their report in proper order. They all well prepared. By using examples, data columns, and a combination of graphics and text, they present comprehensive, objective, and in-depth Reports related five aspects of work, such as achievements and shortcomings in 2023 work, performance completion status, personal SWOT analysis, learning and growth plan, the breakdown performance targets and the work plan for 2024.

Mr. Zhu Boyuan, Chairman of the Group, and the members on a review committee provided conscientious comments and guidance on each reporting presentation, and put forward rectification requirements and directions for efforts.

During the reporting period, Mr. Zhu Boyuan, chairman of the Group, and the judges commented and guided the work of the reporting staff in 2023 and the work plan in 2024, and pointed their improvement requirements and direction for the future work.

Finally, Mr. Zhu expressed his affirmation and gratitude for the hard work and achievements of all managers. At the same time, he expected everyone to:

1. We should strengthen the group's strategic development goals, comprehensively integrate resources, and enhance the development momentum;

2. We must focus on the 2024 annual operation and management objectives, set high standards and strict requirements, and strengthen the implementation efforts;

3. We should seize the first resource of talent,  and activate the first motivation force of innovation.

4. Everyone should continue to maintain the style of hard work and sincere unity; Inherit and carry forward the advantages of past work, learn from experience, and discard shortcomings; With full confidence, move forward towards the established goals for the new year with a clearer mind, higher morale, more determined attitude, and more abundant energy

He said that looking ahead to the New Year, we will continue to work hard and strive all works to a new level. In 2023, we have overcome all obstacles. In 2024, we will move forward bravely and write another glory chapter.
