Pilot Base

The pilot plant sharing base, located in Dalian Changxing Island Economic Development Zone, covers an area of 226,000 square meters. The first phase is planned to build a high-standard steel structure standardization workshop, storage, equipped with water, electricity, gas, wind and other infrastructure, and will be put into operation by the end of 2024.

With the service concept of innovation, coordination, green, openness and win-win, we will build a national fine chemical pilot plants and industrialization sharing park and provide services to scientists in the whole country. For the universities, research and development institutions, enterprises and individuals, provide testing and inspection, control system, logistics and storage services for innovation basic research, scale-up test, process package development and transfer, project promotion, project financing, industrial project introduction, personnel training, utilities services, operational and service personnel, site (plant) lease and sharing services.
