Based on Meryer's large quantity and wide variety mature pilot-scale technologies, combined with our further simulation calculations and engineering scale-up experience, we can complete the design of the process engineering design package . We also integrate the laboratory technology internationally to utilize our engineering skills and to accomplish the scale-up process engineering design package. Our process package technology will help enterprises to achieve their pilot plant testing research task with controllability , predictability and repeatability, provide a quick results on the feasibility and economic benefits, and more accurate production solutions, so as to effectively reduce research and development risks and production costs. Meryer has obtained a number of invention patents and utility model patents in the fields of α-olefin, ethylene oligomerization, ethylene tetramerization, ethylene polymerization, and polyolefin elastomer (POE). With the production technology and supply capacity of main and auxiliary catalysts for ethylene selective oligomerization, the activity of the catalyst reaches 1500kg/g.Cr.h; the guaranteed value of total selectivity of 1-ocene and 1-hexene is not less than 84%; the yield of 1-ocene and 1-hexene can be adjusted between 3:1-1:1 (mass ratio). Our unique process system, high activity catalyst, proprietary equipment and reactor, provide effective solutions for the bottleneck of oligomer production in oligomerization reactors , and inject new strength into the industrialization of α -olefin in China. The independently developed industrialization technology of ethylene selective oligomerization 1-ocene and 1-hexene technology has successfully licensed three sets
of production plant process packages to well-known domestic enterprises, and the scale of the plant is 50,000 tons / year, 100,000 tons / year and 150,000 tons / year respectively. The first set of industrial plant will be completed in August 2024.
