Meryer won the contract of the multi-functional continuous polymerization pilot plant contracted from Jinbo Petrochemical Co., Ltd. It has passed the factory acceptance tests and met the technical requirements of the contract.

　This pilot plant consists of 8 units, including raw material & solvent metering and feeding unit, catalyst preparation and feeding unit, bulk polymerization reaction unit, solution polymerization reaction unit, quenching unit, flash evaporation and condensation unit, extrusion and cutting unit (provided by end-user), and utility unit. All units shared one control system. It adopted a modular installation form for easy installation and maintenance. The process equipment layout in accordance with the principle of process flow sequence and similar equipment centralized properly, while also considering the requirements of safety, reliability, energy conservation, and convenience of construction, operation, maintenance, and other aspects.
